TUBE INSERTS & FERRULES

 

At STS, we manufacture sleeves, liners, tube inserts and ferrules in house. We have the capability to provide our customer with a custom product to exacting specifications, built for their exchanger, condenser or boiler. Our inserts can be purchased as a standalone or installed. The benefits of Sleeves, Inserts, Liners and Ferrules:

INSTALLATION SERVICE

 

We utilize High Pressure Water to gain full sleeve-to-parent tube contact using Strain Control Sleeving from 1 inch to 48 feet. This method can be accurately controlled so that no damage occurs to the parent tube during the process. We write our own procedures, specific to your application and your job, detailing exactly how the repair technique will be carried out. 100% verification of each sleeve expansion is carried out on every project to insure 100% Satisfaction.
